Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to discuss alternative options.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, it will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If you do not receive shipping confirmation within 4 business days, please contact us at info@workshoptheory.com.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse the shipment.

If you accept the delivery, you must take clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or products immediately.

If your item arrives damaged, please email photos to info@workshoptheory.com and visit our Returns page to submit a claim.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

Returns

You may return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email info@workshoptheory.com with your order number, and we will provide instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in “like new” condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

“Like new” means the item shows no signs of use, wear, or damage. Items that show visible wear or have been used will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, note it when signing for delivery or refuse the shipment.

If you accept delivery, you must take photos of the damage and email them to info@workshoptheory.com on the day of delivery.

We will cover the cost of shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Please keep all original packaging for any damaged or return items. All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Items damaged after use are not eligible for return unless covered under a manufacturer warranty.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as returns and are subject to return shipping costs.

Additional Notes

Some products or brands may have specific return restrictions. These will be noted on the product page.

Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for return.

Products purchased for temporary or one-time use (including trade shows, events, or promotional purposes) are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
