Workshop Theory is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, so all products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from the manufacturer. Each brand backs its products with its own manufacturer warranty, summarized below. Because we're an authorized dealer, your purchase from Workshop Theory qualifies for full manufacturer warranty coverage — many manufacturers (including BoxoUSA) only honor warranties on products bought from authorized sellers, not from third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or resellers.
Beta Tools
Backed by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product; contact us for the specific terms on your item.
BoxoUSA
Tool storage and boxes — including the Pro Series, Tech Series, service carts, and other storage units — carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, covering issues such as welds, drawer slides, locking mechanisms, finish, and structural integrity. Select items carry shorter terms: torque tools, tool bags and rolls, and EVA foam (including foam tool-set inserts) are warranted for 1 year. Terms for diagnostic tools and consumables may vary. Coverage requires purchase from BoxoUSA or an authorized dealer (like Workshop Theory) with valid proof of purchase, and does not cover misuse, modification, alteration, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Chery Industrial
5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original purchaser under normal use conditions.
E-Z Garage Storage
Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Applies to the original purchaser only and does not transfer. Does not cover damage from improper installation, overloading, commercial use, or misuse.
Neonetics
6-Month Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Neon products must be handled with care — glass tubing is fragile, and physical damage is not covered.
storeWALL
10-Year Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of sale. Applies to the first end-user only and does not transfer. Products must be installed correctly and used as intended; damage from improper installation, modification, or use with non-storeWALL accessories voids the warranty.
