This website is operated by DVO Commerce LLC, doing business as Workshop Theory. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean both DVO Commerce LLC and Workshop Theory. When we say "you," we mean you — the person browsing, shopping, or using our site.
By visiting workshoptheory.com or placing an order with us, you're agreeing to the terms below. Please take a few minutes to read through them — they're written to be straightforward and fair to both sides.
Section 1 — Using Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. If you're purchasing on behalf of a minor dependent, you're taking responsibility for that.
Pretty simple ground rules:

We do our best to make sure everything on our site — product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability — is accurate. That said, mistakes can happen. If we catch an error after you've placed an order, we'll reach out and make it right.

Colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen than in person — monitors vary.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Some products may only be available online and in limited quantities.

When you place an order, you're agreeing to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. If anything changes — like a card expiration date or shipping address — please update it promptly so we can get your order to you without a hitch.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed for resale, or that raise fraud concerns. If we need to cancel or modify your order, we'll contact you using the information you provided at checkout.

Our site may include links to third-party websites or give you access to third-party tools. These are provided as a convenience — we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
