Flow is what actually foams a car — and that's the whole argument for the 3.0. Adam's built this generation around 1.6 GPM, a 33% jump over the 2.0, paired with 1260 operating PSI (up 15%). More volume moving through the gun means thicker foam that clings instead of running, and rinses that actually carry grit off the panel rather than pushing it around. The pressure stays in the range that's kind to paint, trim, and badges — this is a detailing tool, not a deck stripper.

Under the shell is where the money went. An 1800-watt motor drives a self-priming, maintenance-free pump with a specifically tuned wobble plate, which is the unglamorous reason this unit should outlive the 2.0 by a wide margin. There's nothing to service and nothing to prime — you hook it up and it runs.

It also lost 52% of its weight. At 22 lbs, the 3.0 is genuinely portable, which matters if you're a mobile detailer loading and unloading, or if your "shop" is a driveway and the washer lives in a corner between washes. A 35' GFCI power cord and four tips (0, 15, 25, and 40 degrees) through a .99mm orifice cover everything from a wide rinse to a focused blast on wheel wells.

It's a cold-water unit, dialed for foam cannon work — 3 to 4 ounces of Mega Foam in the cannon is the sweet spot — and it handles house chores just as happily when the car's already done.
