  • A frame that racks until the drawers bind. 18-gauge spot-welded steel with reinforced corners and full-length beam supports. It stays square through years of daily use instead of going crooked once it's packed.
  • A lid that fights you — and dead space behind it. A drop-front lid on a full-length piano hinge with dual gas struts flips open one-handed and stays put, and a square-hole back panel lets you hang accessory holders to put your most-reached-for tools out in the open.
