We ship FREE to the contiguous US.

Shipping usually takes 3–12 business days depending on your order.

Orders process within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive tracking once shipped.

Standard items (panels, signs, hand tools, accessories): 3–7 business days.
Heavy freight items (workbenches, tool cabinets, large equipment): 6–12 business days. Liftgate service may cost extra — contact us to confirm.

Return

Changed your mind or something not quite right? No problem — you have 30 days from delivery to return it, and we never charge restocking fees.

Just email us with your order number and we'll handle the rest. We'll send you everything you need, including the return address, so there's nothing to figure out on your own.

Returns should be in like-new condition with the original packaging. Return shipping is on you for change-of-mind returns, but if anything shows up damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover it all — including shipping. For big freight items, just reach out first and we'll help you sort out the easiest, most affordable option.

Got a damaged or incorrect order? Snap a few photos and email us the same day, and hang onto the packaging.

Once we receive your return, refunds usually land within 5–10 business days.

Warranty Information

Every product we sell is backed by its manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer for all our brands, everything we ship is 100% genuine and sourced directly from the maker.

Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They don't cover damage from improper installation, misuse, overloading, or normal wear and tear.
